Eat Street Barcelona Summer 2014 will be held on Sunday, July 13, on the street Portal de Santa Madrona del Raval. The event will begin at noon and end around 10:00 PM.
This new edition of Eat Street Barcelona will be held by the Maritime Museum of Barcelona.
Quality street food at Barcelona, the so-called Street Food International aims to redefine the concept of street food. It seeks to change the rules and preconceived notions about the peddling of food.
Needless to say, the ‘entrance’ to the street food festival is free. Once there, you can sample dishes from all over the world: Mexico, Japan, Jamaica, Vietnam, etc. Each plate costs 5.00€ and will be purchased directly at the food stands. To accompany the food, there will be beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks. For these it is not necessary to purchase tickets, as they require a direct payment.
This year’s festival will feature a collaboration of Albert Marimon Restaurante la Cava Tarrega, named Chef of the Year by the 2013 Gastronomic Forum.
The chefs of restaurants such as Funky Chicken, Eureka, Kentaro Terajima, Fogó, Galanga Atelier de Cocina, Café Mandacarú, La Vietnamita, Mirilla, Srli Lestari and Tlaxcal all develop innovative dishes for your pleasure. They do this to fulfill the desire of the people of Barcelona to experience the exciting culture of street food.
