Queen Claudia plums are there just to be seen by expert eyes: small, bright green, with a white dust of freshness. Firm to the bite and extremely sweet, Clàudies are a summer delicacy not to be missed.
They go well with creamy desserts as Crema Catalana or chocolate mousse, in almond tarts or just on their own! 🙂
