Delicious beer&food pairing today!

We cooked with a friendly Belgian group a 4-course meal inspired in three Belgian beers:

Artichoke and smoked ‘panceta’ salad with Stella Artois  beer vinaigrette

Tuna sirloins in citric ‘escabeche’ with sautéed vegetables with Stella Artois

Iberian secret loins with pears, mushrooms, hazelnut praliné and Stella Leffe beer sauce

Mató cheese, raspberries and baked mint leaves cheescake  with Hoegaarden beer
